Returns & Exchanges
At PROLOGUE, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your unique acquisition. This policy outlines our fair and flexible approach to returns and exchanges.
Returns
We understand that sometimes a piece may not meet your expectations perfectly. You may return your unworn and undamaged PROLOGUE creation within seven days of receipt for a full refund, excluding any original shipping costs.

- We will provide you with a return authorisation number and instructions for secure return shipping.
- Returned items must be shipped back in their original packaging with all accompanying documentation.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item in its original condition, your refund will be processed within seven to ten business days.
Exchanges
We are happy to facilitate an exchange for a different PROLOGUE piece of equal or greater value within seven days of receipt. Please note that any price difference will be addressed upon processing your exchange request. The original shipping cost will not be refunded, and any additional shipping charges for the exchanged item may apply.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made or personalised pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.
Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return or exchange.

- Discolouration or tarnishing of materials outside of the natural aging process (for non-precious metals)
What’s Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, or tarnish consistent with everyday use
- Damage caused by improper care, accidents, or misuse (e.g., exposure to harsh chemicals, extreme temperatures, or force)
- Loss or theft
- Repairs or modifications performed by a jeweller or artist other than Prologue
